The opinion of the court was delivered by This is an appeal by the petitioner from an adverse judgment in a proceeding instituted pursuant to K.S.A. 60-1507 on November 24, 1971, attacking the sentence imposed upon him by the Jackson County district court. The three points raised by the petitioner in his motion all challenge the competence of his counsel both in the lower court and on appeal in the criminal action.
