Ellis v. State

1 Delbert N. Ellis, hereinafter referred to as the defendant, was convicted of Rape in the First Degree, After Former Conviction of a Felony, in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-78-5362, was sentenced to twenty-five (25) years imprisonment, and he appeals.
