Jay Bubblebee: The Bee Who Started It All

You're never to young to "beecome" greatness! Once upon a time all insects had bubbles. Wings were unheard of. Once jobs were invented, everyone had to make a choice. Create your own destiny by keeping your bubbles, or trade your bubbles for wings to work.

Ten-year-old Jay Bubblebee is a bee...without wings. While that disadvantage would undoubtedly keep an average bee down, Jay Bubblebee wants nothing more than to contribute to his household's income by working in the family's shoe business, an ambition his dad has mixed feelings about. ("You're just a kid," he tells Jay.) But when Jay's dad "mysteriously" disappears, the bullying loan shark who financed their business arrives to demand full payment from Jay and his little sister, Julie--threatening to take the family's house if they can't come up with the money.

Now it's up to Jay to single-handedly run his dad's shoe business, save the family's home and rescue his father from the evil bully's clutches--all before it's too late.
