This book is intended as a snapshot of MS Projects core concepts and can be used as an aid for entry level users learning the program for the first time or for project managers who haven’t used MS Project in a few months. This book is a good guide but a rough knowledge of CPM scheduling will be very beneficial for trying to navigate MS Project for the first time.
