From its humble beginnings as Northeast Mississippi Agricultural High School in 1948, Northeast Mississippi Community College has evolved into a 3,700-student community college with approximately one hundred programs of study in academics, as well as career-technical education.
Located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, Northeast is a comprehensive two-year community college in Booneville, Mississippi. In addition to its main campus in Booneville, Northeast also has campuses in Corinth, New Albany, and soon-to-be Ripley.
