ANDERSON, C.J. The issue presented by this case is whether the complaint states a cause of action for inverse condemnation by alleging interference in the use and enjoyment of real property caused by noise, vibration, and pollutants from airplanes that fly near, but not directly over, the plaintiffs' property. We hold that it does. The judgment of the Court of Appeals is reversed and the cause remanded to the trial court.
