Runt to Warrior is abbreviated memoirs of the Authors first 17 years and 10 month of his life. The childhood portion contains only events and episodes that have in some way a direct bearing and impact on his being able to function with some dignity and success in the roll of, “A United States Army Infantry Combatant,” for a period of 101 days in the war against the German Army during WW11.
