[124 A.D.2d 530 Page 530] Order of the Supreme Court, New York County (Charles Ramos, J.), entered April 15, 1986, which granted defendant's motion to vacate its default judgment, vacated a portion of the default judgment entered by Justice Jawn A. Sandifer on July 20, 1985, mandated that plaintiff return to defendant all sums received by plaintiff pursuant to its execution on defendant's bank account, less costs of said execution, and allowed defendant to serve an answer to plaintiff's complaint, is unanimously reversed, on the law, and the motion to vacate the default denied, without costs.
