If you were to ask people for one city that truly represented the modern world, New York would be many people’s first choice.  It has been at the centre of world industry, commerce and culture for almost 200 years.  New York has so many great buildings and famous places, but what are its seven wonders?  Like the Ancient Greeks, who came up with the original Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, I endeavoured to list New York’s most brilliant places.
