Making allies and enemies alike Rain is soon caught up in the beauty and splendour of the legacies, rooms dedicated to the needs of every patron.


 Buried beneath the beauty of the Horizon though is a violent side that waits to devour a small weak coward like Rain.

 Rain who ran when she should have fought, who is the lowest creature of the Horizon.


 To redeem herself Rain must survive bloodthirsty rivalries old and new and navigate the attentions of the powerful and capricious Celeste whose word is law and transgression will bring the Horizons most sacred law down upon you - the hunt. 


To carve a future for herself, Rain must become a weapon if she ever wishes to pass the Vanguard Rites, a set of tests that not even the toughest of the Horizon could survive. If she manages to complete them Celeste has promised her two things.


The first, that she will be given all the of the resources of the Horizon to transform herself from that small cowardly boy into the woman she always knew she was inside. The second to go back to her family that framed her for that brutal crime and deliver an act of bloody and righteous revenge.
