Leadership, it’s that thing that can ruin or improve any activity. It can change your attitude, your response to challenges and your overall success. But how do we do this? What makes you an effective leader? And how can we improve our leadership for ourselves and others?



Inspired by the idea that everyone has the potential to be a leader the author has sought the advice of a variety of current leaders to create this handbook for young Australians interested in developing their leadership. It includes interviews with recognised leaders, military leaders, community based leaders and young Australians who have experience in leadership roles. Including interviews with the former NSW Governor Dame Marie Bashir AD CVO and the current Secretary of the Commonwealth Department of Human Services and Commander 5th Brigade Kathryn Campbell.



This handbook is full of wisdom to inspire young Australians interested in developing their leadership potential.
