CASE REPORT In August 2007, a 20-year-old man of Moroccan origin with no relevant medical history presented to our emergency department because of pyrexia and a lump in the right inguinal region since three days. Ultrasonography showed a swollen lymph node with strong vascularisation. The patient was diagnosed with lymphadenitis and discharged with a prescription for amoxicillin with clavulanic acid, ibuprofen and paracetamol.
