Per Curiam. In this original mandamus proceeding, Relator, Mother Frances Hospital (hereinafter "the Hospital"), seeks to compel the Respondent, Judge Coats, to vacate an order by which Judge Coats struck the hospitals designation of eight expert witnesses and limited the testimony of eight other designated experts to the opinions given in their depositions. The underlying lawsuit is a medical malpractice action brought against the hospital and others by Shirley Clark individually, and as next friend for her husband, Alva Dean Clark (hereinafter "Clark"), the real parties in interest. Clark has filed a response in this mandamus action.
