Occhicone V. State

We have for review the denial of Dominick Occhicone's initial motion for post-conviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 3(b)(1), Fla. Const. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court's denial.
