Pam, the Frightful Plant

"Hello from lands of swamps,

Pam is the name I go by.

I’m the most frightful of all plants,

This is the way of how starts the story of a very seductive and gluttonous carnivorous plant, who with her charm attracts all kind of bugs and devours them without rest.

There are many species in the world of carnivorous plants, and Pam belongs to a group which is also known as the “Venus Flytrap”, whose scientific name is Dionaea. Seductive and irresistible, this plant species was given the nickname of Venus in honor of the Greek goddess of love and beauty. Beauty that we will be delighted to see on the great illustrations by Poly Bernatene.

Written in verse and rhymes by the Argentinians Paula Fernández and Poly Bernatene, “Pam, the wicket plant”, is a fairy tale for children from age 6. This edition incorporates voices, read it or listen to it, and animations to make it more entertaining, if that is possible.
