Publisher Description

In this original proceeding, relators seek writ of mandamus directing the trial court to withdraw its order prohibiting R. Jack Ayres, Jr., and other attorneys in his firm, R. Jack Ayres, Jr. P.C., from "verbally" participating in either the trial or pretrial depositions in a suit wherein relators are plaintiffs seeking a declaratory judgment. We hold that the trial court abused its discretion and conditionally grant the writ.
