R. S. Mcknight v. State Land Board

This is a review by certiorari of the lawfulness of a decision of defendant, the State Land Board, denying plaintiffs applications particularly as to priority, for oil and gas leases on certain state lands, and awarding such leases to Erving Wolf, Intervenor, as a prior applicant.
