Radandt v. Radandt

Trial was had to the court without a jury. That part of the action relating to dissolving the bonds of matrimony was tried as a default without defendants presence, but after the Conclusion of this part of the trial, defendant appeared in person and by counsel and participated in the consideration of the issues of permanent alimony and division of estate.
