Publisher Description
H. Theodore Radford appeals a judgment entered after a jury found that the City of Hoquiam was not negligent, and thus, bore no responsibility for injuries sustained by Radford when he fell from an unguarded platform at the City of Hoquiams waste transfer station. Radford assigns error to the trial courts failure to grant his motion for a directed verdict on the issue of negligence, and to its admission of photographs depicting unguarded platforms at other publicly owned waste transfer stations.
