Railroad Commission Texas v. Lone Star Gas Company

Appellee Lone Star Gas Company filed an administrative appeal from the order of appellant Railroad Commission of Texas in Gas Utilities Docket 1101 in the district court of Travis County. The Commissions order set rates for natural gas service to residential and commercial customers in the city of Dodson. After hearing, the district court entered judgment setting aside the Commissions order. This Court will affirm the judgment of the district court.
