Randall Craig Mccravy v. State Texas

On original submission, this Court reversed appellants conviction, upon a guilty plea, for the offense of attempted burglary, on the basis that the indictment in issue was fundamentally defective. For the following reasons we grant the States Motion for Rehearing, reverse our earlier opinion, and now affirm appellants conviction.
