Randall L. Ware v. State Indiana

John Farrell (Defendant-Appellant below) was sentenced to a term of forty-eight years following his conviction, by jury, of kidnapping. Ind. Code Ann. § 35-42-3-2 (West 1986).[Footnote 1] The conviction and sentence were affirmed in his original appeal. Farrell v. State (1993), Ind. App., 612 N.E.2d 124.
