Randall v. Sullivan

Shirley Randall applied to the Secretary of Health and Human Services for benefits under 42 U.S.C. section 423(d), claiming disability due to back and neck injuries. The Secretary denied her claim, and she appealed to the district court. The district court adopted the magistrates finding that there was no substantial evidence of record to support the Secretarys decision to deny benefits, and remanded the case back to the Secretary for a rehearing.
