Randy Crowder v. Rockville Training Center

RUCKER, J. Randy Crowder appeals the trial court's dismissal of his petition for review of a decision by the State Employees' Appeals
Commission. He raises one issue for our review, namely whether the court erred in dismissing the petition for lack of jurisdiction.
