Publisher Description
This is a appeal from a decision of the Board of Review of the Industrial Commission reversing a decision of the administrative law Judge. The Board found that Randy M. Lane was discharged from his employment for just cause, thus disqualifying him from receiving benefits under the Employment Security Act. We conclude as a matter of law that "just cause" to discharge Lane did not exist.
