William Edward Hood was tried by jury and found guilty of attempted robbery while armed.[Footnote 1] He was sentenced to a term of not less than ten years. The sole issue presented for review by this Court is whether there is sufficient evidence to sustain William Hoods conviction. Our opinion below concludes that the evidence was sufficient to sustain the conviction, and we affirm.
