This action was brought by his wife, as administratrix, to recover damages for his death under the Federal Employers Liability Act, 45 U.S.C.A. § 51 et seq., the Safety Appliance Acts, 45 U.S.C.A. §§ 1-16, and the Boiler Inspection Act, 45 U.S.C.A. §§ 22, 23.
