Publisher Description
Appellants sole ground of error is that the trial court erred in overruling his motion to suppress and admitting marihuana into evidence at trial. He asserts that a warrantless search of the vehicle containing the marihuana violated his rights under the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution. The State in its brief avers only that appellant has no standing to contest the legality of the search.
