Raymond and Rebecca Ohara v. Commonwealth

Raymond and Rebecca OHara (OHaras) appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County (trial court) upholding a three-month vehicle registration suspension imposed by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Bureau of Motor Vehicles (DOT), under section 1786 of the Vehicle Code. We affirm.
