Raymond Bogust Et Al. v. Ralph G. Iverson

Action commenced by plaintiffs Raymond Bogust and Mary Jane Bogust, his wife, against defendant Ralph G. Iverson for the alleged
wrongful death of their daughter Jeannie Bogust. Defendant demurred to the complaint on the ground that it does not state
facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action, and from an order sustaining the demurrer plaintiffs appeal. The facts will be stated in the opinion.
