She stood completely still a moment longer, dumbfounded by what he was offering her. Maybe this wasn’t going to be so bad for her after all?


“Ms. Alexander?”


The sound of his voice snapped her back to attention, “Yes, Mr. Weyland?”


He nodded towards her partially clothed body and said, “Your dress?”


“Oh! Right,” she replied as she quickly took her shirt off and threw it onto a neighboring chair. She then tried to unzip her pencil skirt, which was proving to be a little more difficult. She twisted her torso and tried to reach for the zipper, but the zipper felt stuck.


Susan looked over at Mr. Weyland’s direction and found that this time he was indeed watching her, very intently. He watched with his beautiful cold eyes as she stood in front of him only wearing her bra and struggling with her skirt.


Flustered, she chuckled nervously, “Stupid thing must be caught on something.”


Mr. Weyland arched an eyebrow and stood up slowly, while still keeping his eyes on her. “Would you like some help?” 


Still twisting and pulling vigorously at her zipper, she replied, “Oh, it’s fine. I’ll have it in just a second.”


Without her noticing, he walked up quietly behind her and placed his hands on her hips. She immediately stopped short and froze. It actually felt like she stopped breathing altogether. He was only inches away from her and she could feel his hot breath on the nape of her neck.


Shivers danced down her back as he lowered his mouth closer to her skin. “You sure I can’t help?” he murmured into her ear. He brushed his fingers along the bare skin of her arms, giving her instant goosebumps, and then he continued, “I think I might have a better angle than you.”
