State v. Torok

1 Jon Torok appeals a judgment of conviction for operating while under the influence of an intoxicant (OWI), second offense, contrary to WIS. STAT.§ 346.63(1)(a). Torok contends that the circuit court erred by denying his motion to suppress all evidence obtained from his OWI arrest. This court disagrees and affirms his conviction.
