No Compromise with Slavery

Publisher Description

This is a social book. William Garrison held nothing back in this awe-inspiring super-critcal rant against the church and the state in this speech. The cowardly behavior exhibited on all sides towards the unspeakable evil of slavery during those times was appalling. We face the same situation today with our wars on foreign people groups. We somehow see them as less than human and not deserving of human rights. I wish we had a speaker like this today that could speak for them. Ron Paul is the closest example I can think of, but he has a much more calm approach. Sometimes people need to stand up and scream to all that will listen that what we are doing is wrong. That should come from the church, but the church is a part of it.
