President Wilson's Addresses

The article presents the first inaugural address by U.S. President Woodrow Wilson delivered at the Capitol in Washington, D.C. on March 4, 1913, in which he discussed changes in government such as the House of Representative becoming Democratic by a decisive majority, the success of the Democratic Party and other reforms including banking and currency system.
