Brett Laramie rode into Lonesome Pass on the trail of outlaw Sam Cline and his gang of cut-throats. For Laramie it was all in a day’s work. He was a bounty hunter by trade, hated by some and feared by the rest. But this time out the job was also personal. The outlaws had taken beautiful Alice Delaney with them as a hostage, and Alice’s pa was one of Laramie’s very few friends.
