Patrick Saytour
Descripción editorial
Patrick Saytour contributed to a collective re-assessment of pictures as such and painting at the end of the 1960s as founding member of the Supports/Surfaces movement. The feature that would henceforth characterise his work, appearing as a common denominator throughout, is a circular, indivisible bond linking theory and practice. Saytour’s artistic development is based on re-assessments that each time require the artist to « handle things differently ».
