Ultra Druid

Descripción editorial

This was the end. One more time. It didn't take very much convincing, well, maybe for Lee.
"I almost died last time" he told me on the phone.
"This time is different" I said.
And with a short explanation, he was on board. I was glad Lee was going. We had been on this trip before and he always seemed to be in control no matter what. No matter how fucked up things got, he stayed calm and collected.
I didn't think I could do it unless he was in.
"Okay, I'm in" he said. And that was that.

Runny fell in love with the place. He never left Mexico after our first trip. At the end, he said he wanted to stay.
"I want to stay"
"But the trip is over?" Lee said "Why would you want to stay?"
"Why not?" Mike said smiling as he drove away. I guess he didn't really have anything to go back to. I think he also saw opportunities that we didn't. I think he liked the Wild West vibe. Plus he knew Spanish and we didn't.
We didn't see him again until the next trip. That was kind of the whole point of the next trip. And the trip after that. And the trip after that. But we all knew this trip was different.
