Unexploded Ordinance And Other Writings

Unexploded Ordinance and Other Writings is a small contribution to the world of literature. It contains several poems about love, life and our relationship with the world around us. There are also three short stories. "Backwards" is about South Dakota life and how others tend to view it. "Unexploded Ordinance" is a story about a young mans experience during the war in Iraq. "An Inuits Tale" portrays a young Inuit mans journey into the wilds of the North. This compilation has photographs from an up-and-coming photographer, Jason Askew. His eye for the sublime and technique for capturing it is a gift I can only hope to emulatewith my writing.
