Urban Street Poetry

Sometimes in our lives we suffer heartaches and pains. Sometimes we suffer them alone. The characters are real, and the events are true. The burdens these characters carry are heavy. Walk with me down this lonely road, and know there is a way out of a negative situation. Hope, Sacrifice, and Love is what these characters need. Hope, Sacrifice, and Love is what these characters could have, if they want it. I wanted a way out of my negative lifestyle so I decided to put my experiences on paper, than continue to live them on the streets. I pray this Anthology of street poetry pierce the suffering heart, devour the lonely soul, and vanish our bad habits. Only then Ive done what God has called me to do.
