Vernessa Reed v. Keith Reed

PROCEEDINGS. - An ex-wife sued her ex-husband and his parents to recover certain property awarded to her in their divorce. She had process served on her ex-husband at his parents address. He moved to quash service of process. The district court denied the motion and later entered a default judgment on November 2, 1988. The court entered judgment against the parents on July 11, 1989. The ex-husband filed notice of appeal on August 4, 1989.
