1 Appellant, Carolyn Vester, appeals to this Court, under the provisions of 40 O.S. 1981 ? 2-610 (3), from a judgment of the district court affirming the determination of the Board of Review of the Oklahoma Employment Security Commission that appellant had been discharged for misconduct connected with her work and was therefore disqualified for unemployment benefits by 40 O.S. 1981 ? 2-406 .
