Descripción editorial
A jury found appellant guilty of aggravated robbery and assessed his punishment, enhanced by two prior felony convictions, at 60 years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections. The jury also made an affirmative finding regarding appellants use of a deadly weapon during the offense. With four points of error, appellant challenges his conviction. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
