Vincent Lasprogata v. Donald M. Qualls

This is an appeal from an order of the Common Pleas Court of Montgomery County which granted additional defendants motion for summary judgment and dismissed appellant-defendants complaint against additional defendant. We affirm the decision of the lower court.
