Descripción editorial

Walter is a two Act play, non-fiction, true events. From the time that Walter was born premature in 1951 at 3 1/2 months, he was given a dire prognosis that he would be Mentally Retarded, and he would face some difficult times in the years to come. His parent were told it was best to Institutionalize him then take the baby home. Soon after his premature birth, an additional illness left Walter with a facial deformity that left him with paralysis of the right side of his face, a total hearing loss in one Ear with Seventh Cranial nerve brain damage. In the mirror he always saw a lopsided face, was inflicted with a stutter & stammer, and had a very dim few of life. To escape these trials & tribulations Walter would daydream about becoming a famous person who has overcome his personal demons and the Bullies that tormented him for many years in Public School. Our story starts in 1959 with Walter having one of those unfair times in his life and our story ends many decades later. Walter always felt that it wasn't fair that God would allow him to suffer so much in life.
