Two different voices. Okay info

The first voice is better. Be ware of high oxalates with spinach, beet greens, chard, nuts and seeds if you have kidney issues or body inflammation. Found it annoying by halfway through. Good reminder that eating fruit and veggies help the body.

Warm or room temperature helps the stomach by not killing the digestive fire.

Going to try now that the weather is warmer with modification due to my health condition and knowledge.
