APPLE BOOKS REVIEW
This audiobook isn’t about whether you can still eat a brownie you dropped on the floor. The simple theory at the heart of Mel Robbins’ bestseller is that counting down from five to one before springing into action is a key to success. The 5 Second Rule is a practical guide aimed at making it easier to conquer daunting goals like sticking to regular workouts or broaching a tough conversation with your boss. Robbins’ friendly, encouraging delivery is motivating—after listening to her book, we decided to break our mindless snacking habit at work…and it’s helped us walk away from the doughnuts in the break room.

This book is amazing
Not enough content for a book
This book did not contain enough content to keep my interest. The author just reads Facebook posts about how amazing her tactic is. It’s not anything exciting. It’s not for an intellectual mind.
