NO WAY!

DO NOT buy this! The Yoga Nidra meditation itself is okay. But at the beginning and end is a man’s JARRING voice JERKING you out of your meditative feeling with, “This is ... blah, blah, blah... AUDIBLE!... take a brief quiz...”. I’m deleting this!!!
