SCIENCE!!!

Talk about a refreshing book on training and gaining speed. This is backed by actual, replicable science that has been reproduced time and time again for nearly 75 years. This doesn’t compare people to their previous selves and calls it a day as other books on training and gaining running speed. I especially liked the discussion of what this looks like on the real world and how it benefits every runner, no matter one’s goals. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
