This is one of a series of meditation recordings by Glenn Harrold and Ali Calderwood, which are based upon the ancient solfeggio musical scale. Each note in this scale has specific healing properties. This recording resonates to a frequency of 852hz and is associated with the colour of indigo and the element of light. Glenn Harrold's acclaimed vocal delivery and guided meditation combined with Ali Calderwood's deep and moving soundscapes tuned to 852hz combine to create an amazingly powerful meditation recording.
By combining these sounds with a guided meditation, you have the potential to release deep-rooted blockages and negative patterns of behaviour. This frequency will help you to awaken your intuition and connect with your inner light. It can also help with everyday problems like headaches, lack of concentration, bad dreams, and nervousness, as all of these issues exist within the same vibrational energy.
The music includes an array of sacred instruments and sounds such as crystal bowls and didgeridoo and sacred chants, which work to further enhance the effects of the solfeggio tones.
Love, love, love this meditation!
**All Kudos to Harrold & Calderwood**
Fantastic! Now, I finally have the complete Solfeggio series by Harrold & Calderwood! Harrold's apps & audiobooks (all of them, even non-Solfeggio), are the best hypnotherapy/meditation recordings available at the App Store & iTunes. They're all superior to ANY competitors' due to: recording quality, sound effects, tone & musical arrangements, and solid content. I've consistently appreciated how each recording (I have 17 apps/audiobooks currently), takes full advantage of the technological range of a professional recording studio (and am bewildered that almost everyone else does not use even the most basic recording skills; it's akin to a poet not using the beauty of verse that's allowed to him by his art, but instead writes his poem in a prose format) (?).
The Chakra, & especially the Solfeggio recordings, demonstrate Harrold's broad diversity. There's no listening to the same music, words, or format, if you buy....say....17 apps/audiobooks.
But with the Solfeggio series, Harrold clearly out-does himself (and on the way, makes the competition obsolete)! Can't wait to see what will be Harrold's next journey/endeavor.....But we'll be here, waiting, with diaphragmatic breath......
I have many glenn Harold apps and CDs
