this is it
i wish i had read this 10 years ago when i started my training. this is why this book has lasted 500 years. great reader, easy to listen to and understand. inspiring
Awful narration
I'll admit it. I bought this based on the price. I thought the narration would be better than the other one for the same price. I listened to about 5 minutes and couldn't take any more. I don't know what effect the narrator was going for but he sounds like a samurai from badly dubbed movie. Although he doesn't speak in broken English or an exaggerated asian accent, the way it is narrated is very distracting. This literally sounds as if he is constipated. He draws out words in exaggerated groans and grunts that make it impossible to listen to for long. The preview clip is not a good example of the narration. I ended up buying another version narrated by Stanley Ralph Ross for $10 which is much much better. I guess you get what you pay for.
